RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

This Return / Exchange Policy outlines the procedures and terms for returns and exchanges of products purchased from Ujwal International Logistics Private Limited (UILPL). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By engaging with our products and services, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

• Defective or damaged products
• Incorrect products received
• Products not meeting quality expectations
• Only regular priced items may be refunded – sale items cannot be refunded
• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return

Return / Exchange Period

We offer returns and/or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your product. If more than 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return / Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange.
• Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

Return / Exchange Conditions

In case of dissatisfaction, manufacturing, or packaging defect, customers or direct sellers may return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with all tags and accessories intact.

The following documents are required for processing a return:

• Product Return Form
• Reason for return
• Copy of Invoice
• Products to be returned

Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required. This policy does not apply to intentionally damaged or misused products. If purchased through a Direct Seller, the seller must facilitate the refund or replacement, then return the product to the company with the original invoice. The company will either replace the product or issue a cash voucher (zero BV) of equal value, valid for 30 days from issue.

Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, UILPL will arrange return shipping at no cost. For other returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

Inspection and Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 20 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

Cooling-Off Policy

Direct Sellers who wish to resign from their Direct Sellership within 7 days of registration may return any UILPL products that are in good, resalable condition (unused, unopened, unaltered). A full refund will be provided after deducting any bonuses paid and reversing BV on the products, if applicable.

Policy Updates

UILPL reserves the right to update or modify this Return / Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revision date will indicate the latest update.
